Dear beloved,
It is one thing to be a child of God and another to acknowledge who you are in the Lord. God from eternity foreknew you and predestined you to be conformed to the image of His Son, our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. I want you to be conscious of the fact that you are unique; so special that there isn’t your type amongst God’s creation.
Your uniqueness is not hinged on your social status or successes, but the fact that you were created in the image of God for a unique assignment. Therefore circumstances or situations do not qualify to determine God’s purpose for your life. Since you possess the image of God, you are destined for success and not failure.
“For I know the thoughts I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope”
(Jeremiah 29:11 , NKJV).
Where are our children heading towards? The enemy of our soul Satan, the old serpent, has shifted his gears to a new level of acceleration, and his target is our young ones. As I look into the corridors of future events, my heart begins to cry and bleed for our sons and daughters. The confusion, the indoctrination and the uncertainties surrounding them. This course of events has only one antidote, THE CHURCH.
The world in general and our sons and daughters in particular have no hope if the church does not arise with all the exuberance and a sense of urgency to lift them to God in prayer. Have you ever thought about 20 - 30 years from now, the extent of the proliferation of indoctrination that is going to bombard the minds of the young ones? It is so scary to me as I seehistory repeating itself and the consequential effects of this deviation
(Judges 2:7-10 NKJV).
I will entreat all mothers,both here and abroad to join us in this crucial moment of our sons and daughters to stem the tide of the satanic onslaught on their lives. Let us put away all ourdenominational distinctiveness and join our hearts together and cry out to the God of mercy for the future of our sons and daughters. Mother, you have a spiritual role to play not only in your children’s lives, but also those who are not biologically related.
December 9, 2023, has been dedicated as a global Mothers’ Prayer Conference at Unity Christian Worship Center at 10:00am – 12:00 noon (GMT),to lift our children before the covenant keeping God to intervene in their lives.
